What is session message?

When a customer start conversation a message with a business, the business can reply anything within 24 hours. All outgoing messages from businesses during these 24 hours are count as session messages.

What is templet message?

When customer does not start conversation, businesses can only send approved template messages. These messages can be appointment conformation or reminder message, ticket booking message, shipping update messages etc. All template messages must be pre-approved. Is there any fees for incoming message?

No, incoming message is totally free.

Is there any fees for outgoing session message?

You get free limit for session message. After free limit, you will be charge as per your plan.

Can I cancel subscription anytime?

You can cancel subscription anytime but you cannot be use any other whatsapp product with the same number.

Can I use Whatsapp or Whatsapp Business with same number?

Once you onboard with whatsapp business API you cannot switch or use with any other whatsapp product with same number.
